Cross Country

This week we have been practising cross country.it is fun because if you train you will get fit and strong and that's a good thing for us kids.I felt happy well I was running.

when you run with somebody

it is good because you will have someone to run with.

in this photo we were running on the foot path so we are safe,and we don't get heart.
